Support sales activities & coordination.
Communicate & liaise with customers to identify & develop business opportunities.
Administer for marketing activities & promotion campaign.
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and presentations.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to fulfil customer orders.
Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales presentations, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expense reports.
Requirement:
Must possess at least STPM/A Level/Pre-U/Advance Graduate Diploma or equivalent;
Required language(s): fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia;
At least 1- 2 year working experience in related field or in sales co-ordination equivalent;
Computer literate;
Good communication & interpersonal skill;
Independent & self-starter;
Age: 25 years & above.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
