Prepare sales order and ensure timely response to customer enquiries
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery schedules and compliance with payment terms.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records and filing systems.
Support the front-end sales team and monitor and make sure all incoming enquiries are attended
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups and coordinate necessary actions
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and filing
Qualifications Requirement:
SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or related fields
Min 2 year working experience
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and basic computer skills (Excel, email)
Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Must be able to work on Saturday (half day)
