- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to learn and take on multiple roles.
- Able to communicate in Chinese is advantage.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is responsible for:
- Prepare sales quotations and assist with project delivery.
- Answer and liaise with customer inquiries.
- Handle general office administrative tasks.
- Learn purchasing processes and provide backup support.
