Job Description
Your Role:
Respond to incoming leads from TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
Answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales professionally and quickly
Communicate fluently and naturally in Mandarin, Malay, and English (spoken & written)
Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to optimize scripts and conversions
Follow up with prospects, track conversations, and ensure successful handover
Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication to build trust and loyalty
Achieve (or exceed!) monthly sales targets--you'll be rewarded well for it
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Can write and speak fluently in Mandarin, Malay, and English
Is proactive and not afraid to start conversations or ask for the sale
Understands customer psychology and has great empathy
Enjoys social messaging (TikTok, FB, WhatsApp) and quick follow-ups
Is organized, efficient, and great at managing conversations
Has a strong team spirit and is excited to work with digital content creators
Fresh grads welcome--as long as you're hungry, adaptable, and coachable
Bonus: Experience in sales, logistics, automotive, or permits is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
