CleanHero is seeking a dedicated Salesperson to build strong client relationships, drive sales, and oversee smooth job execution.
Responsibility
Close sales (human + AI touchpoints) via call, WhatsApp, social media, and email
Act as the main point of contact to build trust, advise clients, and close deals.
Conduct site visits, consultations, service demo and take accurate measurements.
Prepare quotations based on accurate measurements, costing, and target margins.
Arrange job schedules & coordinate with on-site team
Handle client feedback, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up for future business.
Support marketing efforts to generate high-quality leads.
Other work on company directives from time to time
Requirements
A+ attitude, discipline & strong commitment to hit sales targets
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Bonus: Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in cleaning, HVAC or home improvement services.
Knowledge of site measurement, costing, and quotation.
Independent, tech-savvy, and quick to learn without supervision
Valid driver's license and transportation.
Energetic & Not Boring.
Can work on Saturdays or Sunday (work from home only)
