Key Responsibilities

Handle

sales and customer service

for our alumni network --

no cold calling required

Respond professionally to

emails

,

WhatsApp messages

, and make

follow-up calls

using provided scripts (99% in

Bahasa Melayu

) Maintain and update

customer interaction logs

and

sales records

accurately Build and maintain

positive relationships

with clients, ensuring their questions or concerns are resolved promptly Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure

smooth service delivery

Assist with

data entry

and preparation of basic reports using

Microsoft Excel

Support the planning, setup, and execution of

on-ground events

and company initiatives Ensure timely

follow-up on leads

, payment reminders, and post-event engagement Maintain a high level of

product knowledge

to confidently answer customer inquiries Uphold a

professional and friendly tone

in all communications to reflect the company's values

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Includes 1-hour break)

Location:

Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur

Contract:

3 months (Renewable based on performance)
