Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS : A) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat in a timely
- Process customer orders and handle payment transactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase sales revenue
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations,
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- High school , diploma or equivalent,
- Experience in sales or customer service (
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
