JOB DESCRIPTIONS : A) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat in a timely
and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and handle payment transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase sales revenue
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and
transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations,
to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide
customers with accurate and relevant information
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
B) JOB REQUIREMENTS :
  • High school , diploma or equivalent,
  • Experience in sales or customer service (
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
