Fresh graduate are welcomed. Those have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Telemarketer and Sales will be advantages.

Fluent in Speaks Bahasa Malaysia both verbally and in writing highly preferable.
A person who is aggressive in doing tasks and independent.
Problem solving, self initiative and ability to work in multi tasks.

Responsibilities

Handling customer service support , delivery , and confirmation of order
To handle sales enquiry from Social Medial Network. (Facebook , marketplace , Instagram,Whatsapp sales,Tele sales)
To assist in planning, organizing and implementing promotion activities
To plan, strategize and execute all social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok , etc) advertising campaigns to achieve sales targets of the company
To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and experience
Basic Microsoft Office Excel, Word , PowerPoint Knowledge
Basic Design/Photo Video Editing For Social Media
Any other related task to ensure the company is running smoothly and work requested by your direct superior within your capability
