Strong in Interior Design conceptualizations and good selling kills
Have excellent negotiation, strong persuasion, presentation, PR skills and can closing sales
Vibrant, aggressive and a team player
Responsible and believe in providing great customer & after sales service
Self-motivated and sales driven

To entertain enquiries all the leads of walk in customers/social media responses/ website enquiries Use customer feedback to generate ideas and counter for closing
Fulfilling a Monthly target of RM 100,000 is a must.
Best instant numerical and problem-solving abilities are required as the key criteria.
Proven record of successfully handle from sales, design and the accomplishment of each project from the interior design to exterior of small scale like apartment, bungalow, semi-d and terraces.
To follow the steps of client servicing and flows followed as per Customer Service SOP derived by company.
To prepare layout plan and mood-board to speed up sales closing within 1 month
Assist site team do a briefing at site and approve on site marking with the presence of client. Material and furniture selection to done to suit client budget.
To be involved until after sales service stage in order to leave the client pleased towards the end.

Marketing Matters

Always research and discover new methods to increase customer engagement via different
Channels to bring in more quality leads in a shorter period.
To prepare script and conduct FB live/recorded talk shows/Tik Tok Videos

Currently we have 30 employees in the areas of design, project management, site management, admin & operations, sales & marketing . Or core business in interior project contracts, focusing in healthcare, corporate and government sectors projects.
