• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the kitchen specialist, interior design or home improvement industry.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to clients.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Customer Relationship Management:

• Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Skilled in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:

• Welcome and engage with potential clients at the showroom, offering a warm and informative experience.
• Effectively demonstrate and present kitchen cabinets and furniture, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Provide accurate, detailed information and professional consultation to assist clients in making informed decisions.

Sales Process and Quotation:

• Utilize the provided quotation template to accurately key in customer requirements and generate comprehensive quotations.
• Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company\'s growth and success.

Project Coordination and After-Sales Service:

• Collaborate closely with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales service by addressing any client concerns and acquiring testimonials to build and sustain customer trust and satisfaction.
