  • The ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in basic AutoCAD and able to read construction drawings.
  • Proven working experience in interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, new constructions & exhibition or event setup)

  • Experience in interior design materials costing will be an added advantage.
  • Passion for interior design and ability to handle projects from beginning until completion

TanggungjawabA Sales Designer in an interior design company plays a critical role, combining sales expertise with design knowledge to drive business growth. Here is a detailed job scope for this position:Client Consultation:
  • Meet or engaging with potential clients to discuss & understand their design preferences and themes, requirements, and budgetary.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on furniture selection, layout, and interior design concepts to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and take measurements.
  • Prepare project cost estimates and materials costing based on client selection, and requirements.
  • Assist client service team to source for materials to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to secure new projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Design Services:
  • Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts that align with their vision and functional needs.
  • Able to create basic design plans or layout, including space layouts as per actual, suitable colour schemes, proposed material selection, and furniture recommendations
  • Select materials, furnishings, and accessories that IT within the client\'s budget and design preferences.
Project Management:
  • Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial ideation to seamless execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.
  • Coordinate with the designer to ensure smooth execution of design plans.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Address any issues or changes that arise during the project to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines and able to work on multiple projects at times.
  • Supervise site progress coordinating with main-n contracture & sub-contractors and solving detailing and measurement issues.
  • Weekly report works schedule & monthly report progress to management.
Sales Administration:
  • Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and other sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the industry.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the in-house designer to ensure design proposals are feasible and aligned with client expectations and to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
  • Foster strong collaborations with clients, vendors, and internal teams, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment to guarantee the successful delivery of each event.
