Duties
Identifying sales opportunities, finding new leads, and proposing potential business deals through rapport building, appointment, and pitching with potential clients/ID Firms/Suppliers/Biz Partners.
Carry out on-site measurements.
Work closely with the team in devising growth strategy and be involved in sales pitching, consultation, and design planning.
Prepare project quotations and costing.
Achieve targeted monthly sales.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Interior/Architecture, Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent.
An added advantage is familiarity with using Interior Design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and KD Max.
Three years in Interior Design/Cabinetry and Business Development/Sales/Pitching.
Fluent in Malay and English or Mandarin.
Self-motivated, sales-oriented, and works well under pressure.
The outgoing and outspoken personality.
Good presentation skills.
Passionate about the design industry.
Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
Work Schedule
This job has the following work schedule: 6 days/week. 9.30am - 6.30pm
