Responsible for the development of branding, marketing materials and sales documentation.
Responsible to setup the SAP system for Sales Division.
Execute marketing plans, sales strategies and campaigns to generate sales revenue in accordance to the monthly and annual sales target of the company.
Collect, analyse and prepare reports on the timber panel market, trends, pricing and competitors.
Utilize all sales channels from conventional to digital tools to acquire sales opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
Assist the CEO in planning, implementing and executing any other business projects and assignments, related to the company.
Responsible to supervise the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales goals in terms of carrying out effective sales & marketing strategies.
With over Sustainability is a key factor in the vision and goals of IOIPW and the Sales & Marketing Manager would be expected to support and develop innovation and solutions that harmoniously combine ecological, economical and the social aspects of the business.
Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the CEO.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or related field.
A minimum of 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the wood panel or furniture industry, building bridges between domestic and international customers and local manufacturers.
A working understanding of materials such as plywood, MDF, Particleboard and Blockboard, experience in timber market research, procurement and business research and development would be advantageous.
Proven track record of client\xe2\x80\x99s acquisition and new market development experience.
Strong command of languages.
Ability to leverage on digital and social media to promote and market products
Highly driven, persuasive and pro-active with regards client engagement skills.
Agile and able to adapt quickly to changing needs and market demands.
