Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities, meet perspective client, and convert leads to sales opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Understand client\'s requirements and provide recommendations and solutions based on our product offerings.
- Work out preliminary space planning, Design & Production quotation based on the requirements.
- Establish and cultivate good relationships with clients, enabling trust in our products and services.
- Facilities key communication between client and team members and collaborate closely with internal team to ensure overall quality of project delivery in meeting client\'s expectation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, home renovation and interior design solutions.
- Support fellow team members and the Head of Department or Top Management in any initiatives, plans and activities as and when required.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Develop self-image by displaying high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the company.
- To develop new revenues of qualified leads.
- Take phone calls, lead sheet, and enter all data into database.
- Reporting on projection sales & existing clients.
- Initiate meeting that can lead into conversion sales.
- Follow up new leads and existing leads during design process.
