Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, possess excellent 3D drawing skills, and demonstrate proficiency in sales and client relationship building. As a Sales Designer, you will play a key role in presenting our company's products to designer firms, fostering relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

Conduct presentations to designer firms, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the interior design industry. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor products. Attend industry events and network with professionals in the design community. Customize presentations to suit the preferences and styles of different clients. Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless communication and understanding of client requirements. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Provide feedback from clients to contribute to product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Min 2 years experience and above. Previous experience working in an interior design firm is highly desirable. Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. A deep understanding of the interior design industry, market trends, and client needs. Creative mindset and an eye for design aesthetics. Ability to adapt to different client preferences and styles. Team player with effective collaboration skills.
Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
