Sales Designer - Sungai Buloh

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Meet clients to understand their needs, budget, and preferences. Visit sites and offer design advice. Provide tailored design recommendations.

Design Creation:

Create 2D/3D designs using software (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp). Develop floor plans and layouts. Choose materials, finishes, and colors.

Sales & Product Knowledge:

Present design ideas and product options to clients. Recommend furniture and cabinetry solutions. Ensure products meet customer needs and design goals.

Project Management:

Coordinate the design process and follow up with clients. Work with teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Customer Service:

Build and maintain client relationships. Address client queries and ensure satisfaction.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

Meet sales goals and maintain accurate records. Report progress to management.

Market & Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on design trends and new products.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in design sales (preferably in cabinetry). Proficiency in design software (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp). Strong knowledge of furniture design, kitchen cabinetry systems, and trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
