As our Sales Development Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Habyt\'s potential customers. The primary focus of this role is to tackle inbound leads, refine lead qualification, optimise timeline and focus on lead re-engagement. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with prospective customers. You will be responsible for: Take charge in filtering low-quality leads and ensuring that only high-potential leads are converted to the next stage of funnel Implement and manage a comprehensive qualification process to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of lead information. Work towards optimising \'Time To First Contact (TTFC)\' and address leads generated during non-working hours to enhance the timeliness of responses Focus on re-engaging and qualifying leads interested in future move-in dates Actively contribute to enhancing the overall productivity of the sales team. Identify key actionable insights to optimise conversion rates across the initial stages of the sales funnel. Analyse operational efficiency and build business insights to guide decision-making The skills, attitude and experience we require are: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1 year of client-facing working experience in real estate, hospitality or services industry is a plus. Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with an interest in real estate, technology, commerce, and new sales trends and techniques Good understanding with lead qualification processes and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus An effective communicator to both technical and business audiences Fluency in multiple languages is highly advantageous for servicing English and Mandarin / Cantonese-speaking markets.
