- Assist the marketing team in preparing market plans and strategies to promote the company's products.
- Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and sales tools on business development opportunities for management.
- Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
- Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop a roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
- Inform Account Managers on identified business opportunities.
- Develop good customer relationships by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for future business growth.
- Assist the purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations with customers.
- Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.
- Coordinate with the Managing Director in problem-solving, resourcing, and budgeting activities.
- Conduct marketing campaigns, trade shows, job fairs, etc., to increase the company's recognition.
- Manage (planning, execution, monitoring) downstream engineering projects.
- Prepare for Quotation and relevant documents, involve in tender interview and evaluation of contractor for the projects.
- Liaise and follow-up closely with clients, contractors and other associated parties to ensure assigned projects are completed within the timeline and budget.
- Verify project progress claim and payment certification.
- To supervise contractors & monitor their workmanship on site.
- Clear doubts and solve conflicts from all relevant parties.
- Multitasking and carry out other jobs assigned as and when required.
- Provide regular updates on construction activities, including timelines, milestones, and any potential issues.
- Attend site meetings, engage in discussions, and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-5 years experiences in sales.

-Knowledge in Valve will be an added advantage.
-Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Flexible and willing to go outstation and work beyond normal working hours.
