Key Responsibilies: Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Lead, coach and scale a team of account execuves, business development managers and solu on consultants.
Build and maintain strategic rela onships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and channel resellers.
Idenfy new market opportuni es and expand the company's footprint in key verticals.
Collaborate with marke ng and product teams to refine value proposi ons, pricing and product-market fit.
Manage the en re sales cycle -- from prospec ng and qualifica on to nego a on and closing.
Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports and performance analysis to execuve leadership.
Represent the company at industry conferences, client mee ngs and strategic events.
Qualificaons & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Markeng, Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, emerging digital trends and enterprise buyer behavior.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
