Role Responsibilities Job Summary . Define key responsibilities to reflect the duties and responsibilities of this role. Provide introductory and product training to new joiners in the Affluent Distribution family and coordinate core knowledge, technical training, on-the-job training and refresher courses for relevant topics. Support the progression of Affluent Distribution teams including product knowledge and effective cross selling of non-core products such as MGM / Mortgage / Business Banking referrals Assist in sales call reviews and coaching of Relationship Managers under performance improvement management. Responsibilities . Key Measurement of the followings: - Department and Country Scorecard achievements Financial and Non-Financial losses All Audits FLC & Complaint Digital Migration Sales error rates, sales call quality score Business . Work closely with Sales Team Managers and Sales Heads to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve committed targets in the relevant SCB\'s product through telesales calls and ground appointments. To pro-actively manage, train and motivate sales team to achieve their individual sales targets. To provide coaching and mentoring to Relationship Managers for their improvement. Assist the department to drive and achieve the required sales error rate and sales call quality score per score cards. Assist STM/Sales Heads to validate submissions if needed and ensure sales processes are adhered to. Processes . To liaise with Stakeholders for any exceptional, legal, compliance and operational cases to ensure both sales, operational and service activities at branch are managed well 100% Operation control under operation risks guidelines and sales compliance. Non compliance and control weaknesses inherent in the selected samples are detected and duly reported No unsatisfactory compliance reviews and audits on the conduct of CST and record keeping Maintaining robust controls and monitoring actions No overdue Control Sample Testing (CST). People & Talent . Build core knowledge and skill by attending technical training, on the job training and refresher courses. Assist on training development for Affluent Distribution teams e.g. Training and E-learning completion tracking. Risk Management . Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations, controls and procedures of the Bank and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and CDD. Participate in and/or support the Bank\'s effort in combating money-laundering activities. Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering and CDD in the day to day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, reporting suspicions, customer communication, implementing new requirements, updating and revising operating procedures, acquire relevant knowledge and training, provide support to superior and subordinates. Governance . Compliance and Money Laundering responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Group\'s standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and CDD. Participate and support the Bank\'s effort in combating money-laundering activities. Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering and CDD in the day to day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, suspicions activity reporting during client communication. Regulatory & Business Conduct . Display exemplary conduct and live by the . Training, licenses, memberships and certifications Honours degree (CGPA 3.0 or better) and / or relevant professional qualifications. Possess all relevant investment & insurance certifications and licensing. More than 3 years\' experience in banking with demonstrable knowledge of banking practices and financial products. Favourable track record in managing sales and / or operations or demonstrated ability to achieve strong sales performance. Ability to coach, inspire and mobilise Branch team members of various levels to deliver exceptional performance. Demonstrated ability to establish a service culture.
