Position: Sales Engineer (CCTV/ELV)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and increase new accounts.

Establish strong and good personal rapport with all customers.

Provide technical and engineering information about products, equipments and services.

Understand and identify customers\' needs and requirements.

Propose and recommend suitable solutions.

Present the cost-benefit analysis emphasizing cost reductions and operational improvements to enhance the recommendations.

Prepare quotations, close sales deals and process orders.

Provide training to enhance the technical knowledge and skills of customer Response to customers\' questions and requests.

Maintain a well-structured sales call schedule for efficient management.

Requirements

Possess 2 years of experience as a sales engineer specializing in security equipment with a primary focus on CCTV, door access systems and related solutions.

Diploma level & above

Own transport and able to travel outstation, if required.
