Job Description

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you\'ll be expected to manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities for the company. You\'ll visit clients from the Cement and materials sector to provide marketing, sales and technical assistance.

• Be the key person to create and execute strategies to meet sales expectations and requirements for the Northen Region (Perak, Penang, Kedah, Perlis)
• Identify and work closely with prospects to develop new business opportunities
• Establish contact and build relation with prospects and clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunity and analyzing and suggesting profit and service improvement.
• Analyze customer data and provide insights with the internal team
• Market map the region to gain insights and initiate strategy to adjust to ever changing market environment.
• Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans requirements with internal operations to meet customer expectation in line with company\'s overall objective.
• Putting customer success as a top a priority for long term business relationship.
• Strict monitoring of account receivable to ensure timely collection and proper control of debts exposure and propose for revision of new credit limit with proper risk and potential assessment.
• Update and maintain SALSA as required and to adhere to the company internal policies and procedures.

• Holds a bachelor\'s degree in Engineering specialized in fields such as Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical etc.
• You have a minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, especially in lubricants segment is a plus.
• It would be a strong plus if you have experience selling to the cement & materials sector
• You are good at negotiation and demonstrated capacity in winning tenders.
• You have demonstrated good level of training approach and presentation.
