Sales Engineer - Civil
Johor
*Salary RM5,500 - RM7,000*

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture related courses or equivalent.
• Candidates with engineering background with working experience in construction are encouraged to apply.
• Or candidate possess 2 year(s) of working experience in the marketing and or sales role (candidate with excellent academic performance without minimum experience may also apply)
• Relevant experience in industrial products, preferably in construction materials and/or industrial parts.
• Independent and highly motivated individual who is able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong ability to work in multiple teams

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales opportunities and provide technical assistance to customers.
• Responsible for technical interface between the company and the customers for the development and the follow up of the sales activities with new and existing customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Competition analysis, key accounts management programs, pricing, win/loss, etc.
• Collect market information, update relevant stakeholders and derive market forecast.
• Provide analysis and reports as part of marketing and sales processes.
• Identify and develop new markets and broaden customer base for continuous business growth.
• Manage a few key accounts and/or growth potential accounts as part of sales team.
• Prepare quotations and proposals to existing and new customers.
• Monitor and control credit exposure of assigned customers to ensure prompt AR collection.
• Attend to customer complaint promptly, coordinate internally to provide prompt resolution or constructive solutions.
• Participate in new products and solutions task force to implement new products and services to existing and new customers.
