Our client is a multinational company (MNC) and a global leader in industrial tools. To support their growth, they are looking for a

Sales Engineer

to expand their presence in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with end users in the construction industry. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to promote company products. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure. Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions for clients. Monitor competitors' activities and provide market insights for better strategy. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or project sales, preferably in construction or building materials. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel across Malaysia and attend site visits. Prefer to have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
