Promote and provide consultancy on products to customers in QA/QC, Production Engineering, and R&D environments.
Manage the complete sales cycle: discovery, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct active telephone outreach to qualify customers prior to arranging site visits.
Visit potential customers to deliver technical product demonstrations and solutions.
Understand customer operations and applications, run testing, and propose the right solutions.
Drive persuasive sales discussions to convert leads into successful purchases.
Manage assigned product-line sales within designated territory.
Continuously review personal sales performance and work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Attend internal meetings, product training, and technical workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field,
; no prior work experience required.
Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel frequently (approx. 3 days/week within Malaysia).
Able to work on-site at the Bayan Lepas office.
