- Good written and spoken English

- Have project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability
- Customer-orientation and effective communication
- Co-work with local sales team, project management, service and central business unit
- Positive mindset
- Is driven by delivering good sales performance, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
- To lead and manage project with advanced & various system in food industry
- Promote & sell Seringka Jaya system technologies.
- Lead the project quotation throughout the bid phase and secure proper handover to the project manager/team after contract signing
- Develop new customers and maintain existing customers; search and collect project information in Palm Oil industry, general industry and food industry. Understand the customer needs and provide solutions
- Support technical & commercial proposal and sales presentation
- Negotiate sales price and contract terms with customers
- Maintain RM systems with up-to-date customer's information and meeting reports
- Arrange and perform promotional activities eg. seminars, webinars, exhibitions, customer's training
- Support project coordinator for customer satisfaction
- Manage and support channels
- KWSP
- SOCSO
- Medical claim included
- Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
