Requirements

• Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related technical field;
• Must be able to speak and written in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• More 2 years experience in sales /business development preferably in the Automotive / Aerospace industries;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Highly self motivated & able to work independently, self-organized & result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Product range: Pneumatic or Electrical power tools, abrasives, tapes & adhesives , Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs);
• Identify, establish & cultivate strong business relationship with customers;
• Manage and expand product range and usage in the assigned territory for sales growth;
• Provide technical support and product demonstration, training and presentation to help customers discover and understand products/services;
• Evaluate client application requirements and provide solutions;
• Responsible for new accounts & new product development as well as maintaining existing customers;
• Conduct regular visits/meetings with customers and attend verbal & written inquiries;
• To achieve sales targets as set by the management;
• Able to analyze market demand and competition.
