Company Description SOFtronix is a software and hardware solution provider founded in 2011 that started by providing New Product Introduction (NPI) software tools for electronic companies. Since then, we have expanded our business to include electronics manufacturing equipment and manufacturing system solutions such as Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Advanced Planning & Scheduling System (APS). Our mission is to provide value-added solutions to companies in the electronics industry that drive cost-effective quality output. We have local teams in several countries in the South East Asia region to support and service our customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Johor Bahru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements, creating sales strategies to increase revenue, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support Excellent communication and sales skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering/Marketing/Business Administration or related field. Experience in the electronics industry is a plus Experience in manufacturing system solutions such as MES and APS is a plus
