Requirements

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Bachelor degree or above
• Good written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal communication
• Cross-cultural awareness
• Have project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability
• Customer-orientation and effective communication
• Co-work with local sales team, project management, service and central business unit
• Positive mindset
• Is driven by delivering good sales performance, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
• To lead and manage project with advanced & various system in food industry

Responsibilities

• Promote & sell Seringka Jaya system technologies.
• Lead the project quotation throughout the bid phase and secure proper handover to the project manager/team after contract signing
• Develop new customers and maintain existing customers; search and collect project information in Palm Oil industry, general industry and food industry. Understand the customer needs and provide solutions
• Support technical & commercial proposal and sales presentation
• Negotiate sales price and contract terms with customers
• Maintain RM systems with up-to-date customer's information and meeting reports
• Arrange and perform promotional activities eg. seminars, webinars, exhibitions, customer's training
• Support project coordinator for customer satisfaction
• Manage and support channels
