Responsibilities Developing and implementing the business and marketing plan and strategies for business development team to achieve defined business target & objectives; \xef\x82\xb7 Building and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors; \xef\x82\xb7 Exploring and creating new opportunities and business in focus territories; \xef\x82\xb7 Screening potential business deals by analysing the market, deal requirements, potential and financials as well as evaluate options. \xef\x82\xb7 Working closely with distributors to provide consumer insights and business development expertise to drive performance. \xef\x82\xb7 Capable to cooperate with business partners, distributors, and media agency for conducting marketing research, marketing plan implementation, and label& product development. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide before, during and after sales support to customers and to ensure good customer practice is initiated. \xef\x82\xb7 Able to communicate at different organization levels. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for East Malaysia. \xef\x82\xb7 Others duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors / General Manager Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin \xef\x82\xb7 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xef\x82\xb7 Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7 Able to work independently and willingness to be team player \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in Security System Solutions (ELV) \xef\x82\xb7 Able to communicate in Mandarin will be preferred \xef\x82\xb7 Willing to travel outstation. \xef\x82\xb7 Home based in KK, Sabah Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:
