Kelayakan
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in the engineering or industrial sector.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting our engineering products and services to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Technical Support: Provide technical consultation and product presentations to clients, ensuring they understand how our solutions can meet their needs.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by actively driving sales opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
