• Analyses customer requirements and/or existing systems for use as inputs to size, design and develop solutions.
• Perform technical presentations and clarifications with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and ability to provide sales solution to customers
• Support Technical team to ensure customers\' technical requirements are successfully implemented in deliveries and installations.
• identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions, with comprehensive business proposals. This includes software/hardware configurations, pricing strategies, and ROI analysis.
• Ensure prompt responses to inquiries and assigned tasks, fostering seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and follow-up quotation, proposals and tenders to customers, consultants.

Responsibilities

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in, or good understanding of, Energy Management System, Building Management System, HVAC will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly committed and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and systematically with minimal supervision but also as a team player.
• Possesses own transport.
• Able to travel within Malaysia and occasionally within Southeast Asia & worldwide
