Company Description Steam Control Sdn Bhd is a company based in Petaling Jaya that specializes in the manufacturing and installation of flow control devices for various industries including chemical and pharmaceutical production, food and beverage processing, textile, and more. We provide technical support and sales engineering services to ensure reliable and efficient control of liquid and gaseous flows. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, providing pre and post-sales consultation, and creating sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Engineer must be able to act as a liaison between the company and the customers and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Sales Engineering and Sales skills Technical Support skills and strong knowledge of control flow devices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Aptitude in customer service and relationship-building Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work flexible hours Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, sales, marketing or relevant field Experience in oleochemical industry.
