Position Title Sales Engineer

\xe3\x83\xbbPromote & sell Company\'s existing products and introduce new products to the market.

\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible for maintaining existing partnerships and establishing new business opportunities to maximize sales results.

\xe3\x83\xbb Suggest improvements ideas to achieve Company\'s marketing goals.

\xe3\x83\xbbIdentify market trends & develop marketing opportunities through trade shows and conferences in local and international settings.

\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare quotation, negotiate commercial terms, contracts and close deals.

\xe3\x83\xbbCollaborate with R&D team in terms of new product development requirements to capture new markets (different segments, market regions, target groups).

\xe3\x83\xbbAccountable in achieving territorial sales and growth target by implementing promotional and sales strategies.

\xe3\x83\xbb Mentor subordinates to help them achieve individual & team objectives.

\xe3\x83\xbb Lead the sales lifecycle process, taking ultimate responsibility for achieving the sales targets (orders booked, revenue fulfilled, and profit).

\xe3\x83\xbb Follow the whole process of product qualification by our customers, including technical product qualification, prototype evaluation, batch order qualification, and order implementation.

\xe3\x83\xbb Updating and maintaining customer records /sales activities in CRM ( Salesforce).

\xe3\x83\xbb To complete any additional assignments allocated by Management as and when required.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Bachelor\'s in Engineering, Business or equivalent

\xe2\x9c\x93Analytical thinking & communication skills are required.

\xe2\x9c\x93 At least 2 years\' experience in Semiconductors /PCB/SMT industry.

\xe2\x9c\x93 B2B lead generation experience

\xe2\x9c\x93 Able to travel domestically in Malaysia for business extensively.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Self-motivated achiever with initiative, enthusiasm to learn and a strong inclination towards sales and marketing.

\xe2\x9c\x93Pleasant and dynamic personality, good communication skills and team mindset.
