• Identifies business opportunities through prospects and their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options in meeting annual sales goal, sales planning and direct selling to end users.
• Provide advice on product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

Proactively generate leads and steadily grow the current pipeline of sales opportunities.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

Serve as primary liaison of technical, commercial and promotion support of all sales activities.

Identify and develop system integration partners.

Strengthens and maintains relationships with clients through providing support, information and guidance

Continuous upgrading of professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, personal networks, benchmarking state of the art practices and participation in professional societies. * Maintains quality service through establishing and enforcing organization standards

• Support marketing activities through attending exhibitions, workshops and seminars.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Liaise with regional hub on project discussions.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Applied Sciences or relevant discipline or equivalent.

Preferably with 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment will be an added advantage and preferable with some experience in MNC. Strong connections in targeted industries a plus (sheet metal fabrication, machine tools, precision engineering, optics and precision laser technology)

Able to work independently, good problem solving skill, presentation skills, client relationships, negotiation skills, prospecting skills as well as possess meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning and a motivation for sales.

Team player with optimistic, persistent attitude, able to work under pressure and time constraints as well as a great contributor in accomplishing required results.

Experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, IT)

Good command both spoken and written English. Knowledge of German language an added advantage

Able to travel regionally within short notice

Successful candidate will be offered the following:
