Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our robotics and automation solutions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, conduct sales presentations, and demonstrate the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure a deep understanding of our products, their functionalities, and their applications.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, prospecting for leads, and following up on inquiries.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase our products and expand our network.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
Requirements:
  • Engineering graduates (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronic) or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in sales within the robotics or automation industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong sales personality with an aggressive and proactive approach to sales.
  • Mandarin speaking skills to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Solid technical understanding of robotics and automation products and their applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
