Develop new business opportunities in semiconductor & electronics sectors.
Grow key MNC accounts; drive sales strategy & revenue growth.
Prepare proposals, quotations & technical presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals.
Maintain strong customer relationships; conduct visits & technical discussions.
Translate customer needs into feasible manufacturing solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, QA, Production, Planning).
Review technical drawings/specs to ensure manufacturability.
Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence & competitor analysis.
Participate in exhibitions & semiconductor-related events.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electrical Engineering or related.
5-8 years' experience in semiconductor or precision engineering; MNC customer handling preferred.
Strong technical sales / business development / key account management experience.
Knowledge of semiconductor components, tooling & precision manufacturing.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Target-driven, independent, and willing to travel.
Possess own transport.
