Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development & Sales Growth



1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the semiconductor and electronics industries.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate key MNC accounts and expand Ferummas's market share.

3. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project presentations.

4. Negotiate terms and close deals aligned with company profit and capability goals.

5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in semiconductors.

B. Customer Relationship & Account Management



6. Serve as the main liaison between customers and Ferummas's technical teams.

7. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with MNC customers and key decision-makers.

8. Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.

9. Understand customer requirements and translate them into feasible manufacturing solutions.

10. Manage customer feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution with internal support.

C. Market Expansion & Strategic Planning



11. Work closely with senior management to plan and execute market penetration strategies.

12. Identify product segments within semiconductor components that align with company capabilities.

13. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events related to semiconductors.

14. Provide market intelligence reports, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis to management.

D. Internal Collaboration & Support



15. Coordinate closely with Engineering, QA, Production, and Planning teams to ensure project readiness.

16. Review technical drawings and specifications with Engineering to ensure manufacturability.

17. Align customer expectations with production feasibility, cost structure, and delivery schedules.

18. Work with the costing and procurement teams to prepare accurate quotations.

19. Support project handover and ensure smooth communication throughout the order fulfillment cycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in the semiconductor or precision engineering industry, preferably dealing with MNC customers.

Proven track record in technical sales, business development, or key account management.

Strong knowledge of semiconductor components, tooling, stamping, and precision manufacturing processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas for business engagements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
