Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical support, sales, customer service, and communication. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the technical team and will be the primary point of contact for clients. Job Responsibilities: To propose Short and Mid Term business plans and related strategies. To propose operational policies include budget, supply, pricing and product policies. To collect data and analyse key sales to execute the proposal/improvement. To help coordinate the link among Xpert Engineering Solution Sdn Bhd companies to conduct sales activity. Organize events/meetings between related parties. To ensure all the policies are clear and aligned in sales-related operation. Qualifications Sales Engineering and Sales skills Technical Support skills Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Customer Service skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering/Science/Business studies with minimum CGPA 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
