Aggressively explore the given territory to identify new segments and new customers who could benefit from the assigned products as well as generate new sales opportunities.
Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation to identify and fulfill customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
Gains customers\xe2\x80\x99 acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements in using the company products.
Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential market volume, current market share and customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback.
Prepares sales activities reports timely and accurately by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends.
Cooperate with credit and finance department to improve on the performance of collection received and reduction on overdue.
Cooperate with service operation and business support teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Degree or diploma holders in technical discipline.
2-5 years in technical / industrial sales.
Industrial equipment sales handling
Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets. Strong customer focused
Analytical person with innovative problem solving ability
Sales Presentation Skill
Optimistic and willing to find solution when facing obstacles
Able to withstand pressure
Good in communication skills
Computer literate.
Able to work independently
Required to travel within Peninsular Malaysia for a short duration
