Job Role

The Sales Engineer's responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, networking with clients, expanding sales territories, attending seminars and trade exhibitions, and providing training to staff. You should be able to deliver excellent customer support and make appropriate suggestions for improvement.

Responsibilities:

To support company's business sales with solutions for prospect clients To follow up on sales leads generated by the sales and marketing team. Schedule visits to meet with customers and tell them more about the products and services available for purchase Developing long term relationships and good rapport with clients Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client & company needs. Conduct product and service demonstrations for customers and at marketing events. Responsible getting new maintenance contract and secure existing contract. Providing with pre-sales technical assistance and product information support for new and existing customer. Working on after sales support service and providing technical back-up as required.
Requirements

Possess Bac Degree in Chemical / Environmental Engineering or equivalent. Preferable candidates with related work experience in waste water industry Good communication skills that help to train and interact well with customers. Outstanding pre & post sales account management and follow-through skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good technical sales support experience Excellent verbal & written communication skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude, team player. Preferable with good command of languages : English, Bahasa, Mandarin Good leadership abilities and ability to work under minimum supervision. Able to travel to sites within Klang valley Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
