Sales Engineer

to strengthen our commercial team. This role is ideal for an engineering graduate who enjoys engaging with customers, providing technical solutions, and driving business growth.

Role Overview

As a

Sales Engineer

, you will act as the bridge between customers and our technical team. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and offering tailored solutions that align with their business needs. This role is perfect for someone with an engineering background who enjoys both technical problem-solving and client-facing responsibilities. With at least 1 year of experience, you will contribute to expanding our customer base and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Promote and present company products and services to existing and potential customers. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations that address client needs. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements with customers to secure profitable sales.

Technical Support & Consultation

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and production teams. Act as the technical advisor to customers, ensuring proposed solutions meet specifications and quality standards. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical clarifications for clients. Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements to internal teams for product and process improvements.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical or service issues promptly. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for sales strategies.

Sales Administration & Reporting

Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for management review. Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, contracts, and correspondence. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields). Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, technical support, or customer-facing engineering role. Strong interest in technical sales, business development, and customer engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to travel locally and occasionally to other company branches or customer sites. Possess own transport and valid driving license.
