Job Description

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics engineering with at least 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the material handling / sorting system / palletizing industry or Technical / Engineering Sales will be an added advantage.
• Effective team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated individual with interest to learn and positive attitude.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities within the region, the candidate will be required to provide pre-sales technical and solution support towards the Customers and our Regional Partners. The role will require close collaboration with the engineering team to provide sound and customized technical solutions that will bring value to the Customers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing & potential new customer accounts and regional partners.
• Understand the customer\'s needs for physical distribution and palletizing equipment, to promote and sell solutions to value-add to customer\'s requirements.
• Proactively engage customers on any pre-sales and post-sales.
• Prepare for quotations and tender documents.
• Work with engineering team on customized technical solution and handle technical clarifications for customers.
• Assist in formulating and implementing promotional activities (exhibitions, seminars, social media and website updates).
• Maintain records of all sales and marketing activities.
• Keep up to date of the Company\'s products, competitors\' information and market trends.
