SALES ENGINEER About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic sales engineer to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations. To ensure success as a sales engineer, you should have strong knowledge of technical, a passion for sales, and the ability to travel. Ultimately, a top-class sales engineer drives business by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the right product choices. You\'re a good fit if you are Possess positive attitude, diligent, good problem solving skills and willing to learn. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Possess current knowledge of industry and market trends and regulations. Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation. What You\'ll Do: To manage key account and develop new business for domestic and export markets. To promote company products and services within selected target markets. To develop and conduct effective presentation to explain our company\'s product to customers. To generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing, completing sales and arranging deliveries. To maintain good customer relations, building rapport and provide sales support to all customers. To handle credits, complaints, enquiries, quotation and technical advisory commitment in accordance with the Company policies. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan. To manage sales visit and reporting. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. What You\'ll Bring: Minimum a diploma or a bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field Prior 2 or more proven sales working experience is a plus. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply. Good command of English, and Malay. Able to speak fluently, write clearly, and to communicate effectively Language proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage. Computer literacy and excel in MS Office suite Experience in the adhesive/ chemical manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
