Identify and develop new business opportunities for water treatment and wastewater solutions.
Provide technical consultation to customers on products such as pumps, filtration systems, RO systems, membranes, sewage treatment equipment, and related engineering solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents based on customer requirements.
Conduct site visits, assessments, and technical evaluations to recommend suitable solutions.
Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic sales planning and follow-ups.
Deliver product presentations, training, and demonstrations to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting coordination, and customer satisfaction follow-up.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in water treatment, wastewater, pumps, or industrial engineering sales (fresh grads can be considered).
Strong technical understanding of water/wastewater processes and equipment.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented.
