Maintaining relationships with existing customers (product proposals, problem-solving sales).
Developing new customers (market research, understanding customer needs, making proposals).
Building trust with customers (hearing about customer issues, providing after-sales follow-up).
Collaborating with internal teams (technical and development) to reflect customer needs in product development.
Focusing on working with clients to solve problems and build long-term relationships.
Requirement
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred).
PC skills (proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a plus).
Experience in plastic industry or industrial equipment sales is highly desirable.
Japanese language is an added advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
Driver's license (required).
