Sales Engineer / Sales Manager - Precision / Semiconductor Industry
3 Vacancies available: Malaysia Northern Region - Central Region - Southern Region
salary package: RM 4k to RM 10k (basic salary + commission + OKR incentive)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Job Location: Malaysia, Flexible location
Workplace Arrangement: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expand coverage and develop new customer accounts in Semiconductor companies.
- Able to manage and harmonize pressure arising from yield and uptime-focused customer base.
- Plan and execute sales efforts to meet or exceed corporate sales and revenue goals.
- Identify, quantify and develop new opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Develop and facilitate close relationships with key customers.
- Develop and maintain accurate account records, action plans, and sales forecasts.
- Share insights on new product or service opportunities based on continuous customer interactions and relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Prior Engineering related experience in the Semiconductor Backend environment.
- At least 5 years of direct Semiconductor Backend experience.
- Strong technical background.
- Key account management experience preferred.
