Sales / Event Coordinator

Job Description


  • Work closely with various department in ensuring the smooth execution of event.
  • Meeting and collaborate with clients and event organizers to understand their needs and arrangements. Arrange for tour or inspection when necessary.
  • Attend walk-in guests as and when is required.
  • Prepare, update, and finalize the event orders.
  • Ensure payments are received in order and documented properly.
  • Participate in coordination meetings.
  • Ensure clear and precise communication with all relevant departments.
  • Ready to take up special projects and promotions such as bridal fairs, festive promotions etc.
  • Attending telephone call and enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Degree with 2 years working experience in similar position.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and email functionalities.
  • Ability to adapt to company systems for daily operations and communications.
  • Good communication skill to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to work on Public Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays whenever required.
  • Must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
