Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic

Sales & Event Coordinator

to manage and grow our banquet hall and external catering sales. This role involves handling client inquiries, developing proposals, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring smooth execution from booking to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into bookings for banquet hall events and external catering. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event planners. Conduct site visits, presentations, and tastings for potential clients. Prepare detailed quotations, contracts, and event orders. Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution. Monitor event budgets, timelines, and customer expectations. Support marketing initiatives to promote banquet and catering services. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in event sales, catering, or hospitality (minimum 2 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously. Familiarity with catering operations and event logistics. Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by events. A valid driving license is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
