Represent the Hotel to expected standards of professionalism, courtesy.
Receiving of visitors to Sales Office.
Answering and processing all incoming telephone calls and emails in accordance with established procedures, while maintaining professionalism and telephone courtesy.
Responsible for recording all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Handle bookings, confirmations, and proper distribution of material to Sales & Marketing department and all other Departments as required.
Maintain inventories of necessary forms, stationery, and office supply.
Maintain all Sales Office files.
Have good working knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering, and PMS to keep up to date with available C&E and Rooms Inventory.
Very Strong and accurate knowledge of all Hotels products, facilities.
Excellent knowledge of event room capacities, menus, layouts etc.
Excellent knowledge of various rates structures for events, rooms, etc
